Bound by a strong code of ethics, our company is dedicated in representing only our client and will always act in good faith toward the client. We avoid all conflicts of interest by making home inspections our only business. We are not affiliated with any real estate agency or home repair business. We will not accept any compensation for our services from anyone other than our clients. The inspection will not be used as a vehicle to solicit or obtain work in another field of business. The information in our inspection will be confidential and not disclosed to any other party without the approval of the client.

My Promise to You:

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, experience, reporting methods, and, yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee I will gve you my best effort. • 23 years of of experience in the construction industry from general laborer, skilled carpenter, to a general building contractor performing construction management and general contractor roles.

• Certified Foundation Inspector, Foundation Certification LLC
• CA licensed General Building Contractor - B license since 2000
• Certified Installer
• Certified Pool and Spa Operator

Aside from business, my love and passions are family who reside both in California and Hawaii. I am a proud father of two sons and three grandchildren, and a growing extended family that I hold dear to my heart. I am full of energy and always maintain a positive and cheerful attitude!!
